Eating breakfast is one of the best ways to boost your metabolism. Kick it up a notch by making it a high protein, low sugar breakfast. This combo works best at firing up your system. If you don’t have time to eat breakfast at home, bring it to your office and have it with your morning coffee (or green tea).
