Qualifications to Know If an Auto is Considered a Lemon in Alabama and What to Do

   * If the auto is less than 2 years old or has been driven for less than 24,000 miles.
   * The automobile has not been drivable for a minimum of 30 days and the authorized dealer, an agent of the manufacturer, or manufacturer has had possession of the vehicle.
   * The manufacturer or authorized dealership has been given at least three attempts to fix the same defect and unable to repair the issue.
   * An individual that falls under the Alabama Lemon Law has up to 4 years after the manufacturer fails to repair the auto to file a claim for breaching the warranty on the vehicle.
   * If the automobile is deemed a lemon the consumer has a legal right have the car replaced or refunded expenses paid out for the vehicle.
