Corporate parties are so much fun, especially when you play movies and pass out 3D Holiday glasses. But, if you happen to be the person who is organizing and planning one, then you’ll have to do a little work beforehand for the Corporate Christmas party. The initial tasks will be hard, but soon you’ll be arranging the fun stuff.

Get the Major Planning Out of the Way

Firstly, be sure and set a good date for the event. It should be a day that no one has to work. Next, you’ll need to retrieve affordable tables and chairs. You’ll want to get them from a reasonable party rental agency. Many times the prices are a certain dollar amount per item, but inquire about whether or not you can possibly benefit from a bundle deal. For example, if you need, say, ten tables and fifty chairs, there may be a discount since you’re renting so many of them. You’ll likely have a budget to stick to (luckily 3D Holiday glasses aren’t expensive), so be sure and use the same logic when figuring out how much your overall catering costs will be.

Let’s Work On the Fun Stuff

With this being a Christmas party, attaining the right decorations won’t be difficult; the holiday itself requires plenty of them already. Your challenge will be to create a great theme, and 3D Holiday glasses are a great compliment to whatever one you think of during the season to be jolly. Sure, the regular rituals that go on that time of year will always be relevant. For example, Christmas carol singing and pulling names for gifts are two normal activities. But what’s your exact slant for the affair? This idea can be the difference between a memorable Corporate Christmas party and one that everyone tries their best to forget. Here are a few that you can use:

* Why not have a costume party? Make lots of categories, such as “Best Santa” and “Best Elf”, along with any other traditional Christmas characters you can think of. Holiday 3D glasses are great with any costume.

* Contests are always great, especially a Carol Singing Competition. It’ll be like Christmas karaoke, and you’ll remember it all year long.

* A Scavenger Hunt with prizes (such as days off or bonuses) will be a major hit. You’ll die laughing as you watch your co-workers fall over each other trying to find the hidden card with a work-related prize in it.

You could choose one of these, or have a combination of them all. One final note will be safety. If alcohol is served, be sure to hold keys and call cabs as needed.
Have fun!
