Packing for a trip to San Diego? Here are a few travel tips you’ll want to keep in mind:

Enjoy the outdoors

Plan on spending a lot of time outdoors. With a daily temperature that falls along 21.4 Celsius coupled with the low humidity in the area, the Traveller says, it’s no wonder locals and visitors alike find plenty of reasons to spend much, if not all of their day, outside to explore North Park along with other popular spots in the area.

Swing by the park

The Balboa Park is, by far, the largest urban cultural park in the U.S. so if you love museums and educational parks, then this should be right up to your alley. Choose from the one-day or seven-day or even yearly passes and get a head start on touring all of the 17 museums inside. You’ll have plenty to see throughout your trip. There are also themed gardens inside that you wouldn’t want to miss.

Go shopping

With plenty of shops around, bopping over from one window display to another is a great way to pass the time. Buy souvenirs and trinkets to take back home. They’ll be perfect for your home or for gifts to give family and friends.

Dine out

Want a special romantic dinner for two? Or maybe a delicious seafood feast with the entire family? Whatever type of dining arrangement you’re in the mood for, there are plenty enough of restaurants you can check out in the area.

Go to the beach

The Mission Beach and Pacific Beach are both near enough so you could take a stroll along the shore, hand in hand with your special someone. Or bring the kids over to play in the sand and watch the waves. Set up your camera and tripod over in one spot and wait for the sunset.

So make the most out of your trip. Explore North Park along with other sights in the area. Like us at Facebook
